Forge University is operated by [ActiForge — legal entity name and registered address to be confirmed]. Forge University provides self-paced online exam-prep courses for security and IT certifications across ISACA, ISC2, CompTIA, and Microsoft, including AI Coach support and practice exams.
Forge University is an independent exam-prep provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a certifying authority for ISACA, ISC2, CompTIA, or Microsoft. Only those organizations can grant the actual certification for their respective exams. Purchasing or completing a Forge University course does not include the exam voucher, exam registration fee, or any certification — you register for and sit the real exam separately, at your own cost.
You need an account to purchase or access a course. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Course purchases are processed by Stripe. Individual students buy single-seat access; organizations can instead fund a Training Bank account (Section 5) and assign seats to employees. On successful payment, you receive ongoing access to that course's lessons, quizzes, practice exams, and AI Coach, subject to these Terms.
An organization may fund a Training Bank account for any committed amount and draw down the balance to assign courses to its employees. The committed total sets a discount tier, locked in at signing and applied to every course drawn from the balance: 20% off at $10,000+ committed, 30% off at $25,000+, and 40% off at $50,000+. Payment is either in full at signing or spread over 4 quarterly installments; the discount tier is the same either way. Training Bank balances are non-refundable once collected.
MSP Tech Bench Bank: a separate, fixed-terms Training Bank account available only to Managed Service Providers (self-attested at signup): $5,000 committed, 10% off every course drawn from the balance, paid in full at signing only — no installment plan.
Rollover: unused balance is not forfeited at year's end. When an organization renews its Training Bank at the same tier or a higher tier, any unused balance rolls into year 2. Rollover applies for one year; a balance that is still unused after that rollover year is forfeited.
Full mechanics are in our Guarantee & Retake Policy. In short: the guarantee is a free, one-time, course-only retake — never a cash refund and never a second exam voucher.
The AI Coach is an AI-generated study aid grounded in the current lesson's content. It can make mistakes. It is not a substitute for the official exam body's materials, and you should independently verify anything it tells you before relying on it to prepare for a real exam.
Course content is for your personal, non-commercial study use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share lesson content, quiz questions, or practice exams.
Forge University does not guarantee you will pass any certification exam. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge University is not liable for exam outcomes, employment outcomes, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, beyond the retake remedy described in our Guarantee & Retake Policy.
